Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
